Yogalates is a blending of

Yoga & Pilates principles utilising some basic equipment such as Pilates balls, bands & hands weights.

The traditional Pilates method is guaranteed to improve your Strength, Flexibility & Balance in a one hour matt class that’s designed to challenge your functional movement, in turn creating new postural habits & reducing injuries.

A 45 minute full body workout using a combination of resistance bands, free weights & body weight exercises to develop strength, muscle & maintain joint mobility.
